A Little Tea-Talk...
February is a great month to explore new teas...
This winter I've been especially drawn to spend time with teas that promote physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Most avid tea-drinkers know there's more to tea than meets the eye (or nose). Teas have so many benefits and the right tea at the right time can be a powerful combination for wellness on every level. My favorites teas right now have a mixture of green tea with elderberry which support the immune system. I use Bigelow brand but you may have another fav brand that's your go-to. Another fav and daily tea is one I mix: perfect peace, lemon zinger, and mint medley. Add a bit of honey, fresh lemon wedge and as always a piece of cinnamon bark and both the flavor and aroma will provide a sense of healing and well-being.
